Mbabane, the building is defined by its unique inverted roof which opens up to higher views of its surrounding context.

The building can be defined as a mixed-use typology,
housing the executive offices and working spaces on
the second floor, the ground floor acts as a semi-public space with a computer shop and co-working spaces. The lower ground is the most public level with a coffee shop and gym facilities which can be accessed by the surrounding community.

The programmatic theme responds to the site’s sloping topography, layering the spaces on different levels and setting a clear privacy gradient along the slope.

This unique architectural piece seeks to act as an urban catalyst within its immediate surrounding context.
